The grindings
Grinding turns the stump into grindings: wood chips and dirt. Some people keep them, some want the spot clear. Tell Doug which at the estimate and that is how the job finishes.
Topsoil, seed and hay
For a lawn, the spot can be finished with topsoil and grass seed, with hay over the top. Doug's Facebook page puts it simply: clean-up of grinding debris and re-seeding of the work site.
Planting again
If a bush or tree is going back in the same area, say so at the estimate. The grinder reaches 25 inches down, which is deep enough for replanting.

If you have an ugly stump in your yard, Doug from Doug's Stump Removal is all you need. He highly exceeded my expectations. I was not at home when he came to do the job. But when I returned, what a surprise, the stump was gone. Not a trace it had ever been there, just the straw from the clean up was the only way to tell it had ever been there at all. Great Job DOUG!!
